Where to start

The beauty of living bone deep, is that once you're in tune with the energy in your bones they become your compass, your map, and your embodied guide.

Getting to that place is a practice, and art, and is truly ever-evolving. Personally, my bones speak to me differently now than they did when I first started my relationship with them, and I've learned their cues, sensations, and how to tune in and interpret the message.

The more time you spend with your bones and learning your energy in this deeply embodied way, the easier it will be to pop in, hit play on the meditation or energy healing session you need, and trust you've got it "right."

Until then, I've put together a couple of paths for you within this space.


The first path is a daily(ish) meditation practice.

These are the meditations to sit with to get to know your bones - to learn how to listen and trust them. If you're looking to create a daily practice, a ritual, or a dedicated time to pause and create conversation with your body and bones, this is the path for you.


The second path is a deep-healing bone reset journey.

This is the exact path I've used as a live group healing series to reset the bones from bottom to top in order to gently shift your entire life. After following this path of healing sessions many people have reported their life looking entirely different, having more ease, and having shifted in magical ways - doing nothing but these sessions!


The third path is structured for clarity and healing along the mid-line of your body.

These are the places you hold and store energies that impact everything in your body and your field. This path will create space in your body that's been held by inner child and ancestral lineage wounds. You'll move forward from this path feeling light and sovereign, deeply trusting in your own wisdom and guidance.

The meditations are shorter and help you learn simple practices to clear, ground, or amplify the energy in your bones. The energy healing sessions are longer and more intense - healing, clearing, and transmuting energy at a deep level.
